The home sits on an acre of land that abuts the Neshobe River, steps from Brandon's shops, restaurants, brewery, bakery, art galleries, grocery store, etc. Enjoy refinished hardwood floors throughout; chefs kitchen including 48" double-oven six-burner stove, two dishwashers, and two sinks equipped with disposals; game room with pool and shuffleboard tables, dining room (seating for up to 12), living room with large sectional; loft area overlooking the living room and back yard, fully air conditioned, and more!. The kitchen was super well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils and an awesome oven/stove to cook on. The pool table, darts, and shuffleboard entertained us for hours. We used the house for the bridal party to get ready as it is just a few steps away from the Brandon Inn where we got married. We also had our first look right out in the back yard and did some of our initial photographs. The house was extremely clean, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with far more than the usual. And the bathrooms had plenty of linens and bath towels as well as hair dryers. We use Vrbo a fair amount and this was definitely one of the best all around. It was clean and comfortable, without being cluttered. The location was absolutely perfect. Lance has a beautiful home right in downtown Brandon. We had 7 girls and had plenty of room to park 3 cars in the spacious driveway. We hung out comfortably in the outdoor Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, enjoyed the beautifully big dining room table as well as the large comfy sectional to watch movies and hang with our morning coffees. There’s no need for your car as it’s an easy walk to the downtown restaurants, shops, Hannaford, Walgreens. Our favorite was 22 Park Eatery… delish! The house has so much space and was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Truly a pleasure to be there. You will love the house and the town of Brandon. Just superb! ##### Karen P. We were looking for a place halfway between Middleberry and Rutland to see old haunts of my sons. We had a marvelous time in lances house.
