This newly remodeled hotel room-style condo with kitchenette will sleep up to four people - two in the queen bed and another two on the sofa bed. As you relax, watch cable or Netflix on the large smart TV. The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, electric cooktop, Keurig and coffee maker. The full bathroom features an amazing new shower. Just outside is the heated pool (open late-June to mid-September). You'll love it! We're also smack dab in the middle of the Killington access road which means you're close to all the activity - bars, shops, restaurants - and only 2 miles to the mountain. You can walk to breakfast and catch the shuttle bus to the mountain just outside the building. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended. Bed and pull-out couch were fairly comfortable. Definitely had issues, though. No table or even a single chair to sit. Bathroom and fridge were not cleaned well. No freezer at all. Electric fireplace was nice to look at but gave off no heat. No hooks in the bathroom. Only drawers were the two small ones in the nightstands, which means living out of your suitcase. And perhaps the biggest issue is that the walls are paper-thin. Next door unit turned over twice while we were there, and we heard every peep from little kids early in the mornings and then a group of adults pretty late at night. I’m not sure how sensitive their ‘volume detecting device’ is but it was definitely during quiet hours, and it should have been triggered. If it’s for a night or two with 1-2 people it’s a nice little place but anything beyond that I couldn’t stay there again. ##### Bob P.
