The pictures do not show how beautiful this property actually is. Looks 100 times better in person. They have a restaurant which is also very good. You don’t need to go anywhere else. The pool is a vibe after a long day of snowboarding. Recommend it 10/10. I will definitely go back again.

Best included breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever had! Great service! The decor and furnishing is lovely. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable but not the worst.only 20-30 minutes to Killington slopes. There isn’t a whole lot to do otherwise. We would definitely stay there again.

The pics of the rooms in the internet were not what the room looked like.. The room had dark vrown carpet, dark curtains and looked gloomy. Carpet is unhygienic.

We had a delightful stay at 506 On The River! Accommodations were very comfortable and the restaurant staff were wonderful when we went for breakfast. We hope to return again soon!

I loved this hotel! I thought it was wonderful, they had a couple of really cute goodies, a really nice restaurant, as well as lovely and clean rooms. The grounds are really pretty, I loved the amenities! The only (very small) downfall is that the hot tub was not super hot and when I asked if they could make it warmer, the gentleman at the desk was not very friendly.

Only half happy with room.
We were disappointed in our room since the photos showed a bright large room and advertised that every room had a view of the river - we did not on the ground floor. We felt like we were in a basement with a dark room. As far as cleanliness there was a half full water bottle under the lamp table and the mattress box spring cover was only partially on. Otherwise it was clean. The towels were fluffy and very white as were the bed linens. Use of the work out room revealed a very squeaky elliptical machine. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared.

A Gem in Woodstock
Very relaxing accommodations. Outdoor space allows space for kids to play and adults to relax near the babbling brook. Indoor pool is super nice. Bar and restaurant area is beautifully decorated for lounging in comfort. Wish we had had more time to spend there.

The resort is beautiful with spacious rooms and bathrooms on a lovely piece of property. The included breakfasts were fantastic with a carefully prepared buffet including sausage, eggs, potatoes, pancakes and pastries served in a beautiful room with an outside patio. The location was a short drive into Woodstock.

The hotel and its settings are beautiful. We loved the restaurant, bar and breakfast. It has a very nice pool, hot tub and sauna. We also enjoyed the outdoor area with a firepit, nice chairs and blankets for a cool day/evening. I highly recommend the hotel.
