"Fantastic hotel "

"Receptionist closed hotel early. We came to hotel half hour before closing, snd nobody was there, so we had to go arounf through back door in the dark parking. Overall streight 3 star hotel, only extra is genuine Africa decorations and some furniture. "

"It was right at the edge of town so just a few minutes to the hiking trails and the national park. It's also only a few minutes to a bus stop to get you into town. "

"Breakfast buffet was wonderful and catered really well for Gluten Free with gluten-free bread every morning! Professional staff who went above and beyond. Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning. Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint. "

"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"What an amazing hotel! When I pulled into the parking lot the hotel looked a bit like a shopping mall but once we got to the rooms we were shocked at nice they were. The service was incredible. They even brought a bed for our dog as the hotel is pet friendly. The spa and massage was wonderful and the masseuse knows what he's doing! I have stated many hotels in my life and five star hotels and some of the top franchise names and I have to say that this hotel is definitely in the top three experiences I've ever had. I can't describe how happy we were with this stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as not only the rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathrooms are clean and modern as well as the service of all the facilities are top notch! We will definitely be going back here. "
