« Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. »

« Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again! »

« Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes. »

There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets.
