Very bad service and no standard at all
At the arrival the toilette was derty
We will be waiting for the room service 1 hour and 20 minutes
One day only was open a lobby bar, no more places for dinning and in the lobby bar they had an educational course with people talking loud
They miss our shopping bags for a day
Last day,in the breackfast restaurant we was waiting for 50 minutes for a french toast and a pancake
No one care...
