"I was rather disappointed with Days Inn, anything they choose to improve at this point would be a better Honest experience. The picture showing complimentary breakfast was no where near what I have experienced staying at other Days Inn. On a positive note Victor was the Best CSR. His Hospitality was Outstanding and up stepped a higher standard of how Days Inn should have better represented him. I can only wish he gets to succeed with quality above what I experienced here. He made my stay worthy....

"We didn't stay there because we were told by my daughter and her boyfriend, who is a local Peace Officer, that the hotel is used for homeless people and there was a stabbing that took place there a few weeks ago!"

"The hotel was full but still very quiet. I loved the shower! The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the kitchen staff worked very hard to keep it cleaned up and replenished. It was nice to be able to walk across to the restaurant and we used the shuttle to the casino several times. The shuttle driver Christine did a great job. "

"Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."

"Terrible. Worst renovation I've seen where the hotel wasn't condemned or closed. Tiles fallen off in the bathroom, the lobby is a disaster, the "suite" is a deathtrap with a loose step to the second floor, no lamp on one of the nightstands, and a fan because the AC didn't work. The tv on the main floor of the room only got ABC and there was no phone in the room. Expedia said that breakfast was included, but the kitchen was undergoing renovations, so that didn't happen either. The elevator...
