"Only used this as a place to crash after an international flight before going to my final destination. the cab could not find the hotel, the staff was ok, no electronic check in process...very uncomfortable bed....cold shower. Only was there for 4 hours ...was only able to 1 hour sleep (barking dog all night). Breakfast was not good. I would of been more comfortable sleeping in the airport!!"

"i was not allowed to check in even though i was holding valid ID proofs. The hotel and expedia have both denied any refund which is not correct. They have taken my money and did not provide me the service. i had to book a different hotel at my own expense."

"Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay."
