« Chambre grande et parfaite, lit confortable et vue sur Paseo Reforma...bien sûr bruyant mais on est au coeur de l’action et près de tous les quartiers à visiter et du parc Chapultepec. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique, professionnel et les aires publiques/ resto sont chic et de bon goût. Hélas, les équipements dans les vestiaires (sauna sec et vapeur) sont désuets et peu fonctionnels. La piscine est bien ainsi que le gym. Attention au mini-bar; on nous a chargé des bières pourtant...

"Séjour de cinq nuits extrêmement agréable. Chambre spatieuse et calme au 6eme étage. Barbiersympathique et abordable. Piscine au top ainsi que,salle de sports. Buffet excellent au petit-déjeuner. Margaritas excellents,au bar et room service très bien aussi.. Personnel très professionnel et discret. Prix tout de même un peu élevé sur le week-end ( effet d'un événement de Formule 1 et de la fête des Catrinas)."

"The facilities and the room feel more like a 3-star hotel, while the service and location are very good. However, cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I found trash under my bed, a used cotton swab next to the bedside table, and dust in the corners. I was really not impressed in this regard—probably one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve stayed in at a 3- to 4-star hotel."
