We’re conveniently located close to it all, but on 6 acres of serene, wooded privacy. At the top of the hill, enjoy a private picnic spot with views of Torch Lake and Old Mission Peninsula. Open the French doors and enjoy a book on your patio or take a quick walk across the street to Torch Lake. With 2 public access points within a 5 min walk for swimming or nonmotorized watersports and a short 5 min drive to the North Torch boat launch, the Caribbean blue water of Torch Lake is at your fingertips. Dozens of hikes, mountain bike trails and the entire Chain of Lakes are on your doorstep. If shopping, farmers markets, festivals, or nightlife are more your scene, we’re conveniently located between Bellaire, Charlevoix and Elk Rapids. On Sundays, walk next door to grab donuts at the iconic Brownwood Acres Country Store or shop their old-fashioned General Store. Check out a pop-up Mexican feast at Providence Farms. Pick peaches, cherries or apples at King Orchard. Or head out for ice cream with all the fixings at Fudgees in Central Lake.
