"Loved this property. Comfortable, roomy, perfectly equipped home with million dollar views of sparkling aquamarine Torch Lake. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning as well as glorious sunsets! Had fun playing pool in the game room and shopping in the sweet town of Alden during our one rainy day. Host is a wonderful person who provided very helpful intel on the area, from groceries to restaurants to boat rental (highly recommend Butch’s Tackle & Marine for boats and other water sports,...

"We loved staying at this house. It is very clean and well stocked. There are plenty of pots/pans/silverware/plates/cups/bowls etc. There are spices but if you need cooking oil and also baggies/foil, bring your own. The rooms are spacious and there are enough closets/drawers to put your stuff. Lots of blankets and pillows. One bed is quite hard but it fixed the crook in my back! Internet is strong. There is a TV in one bedroom and in the livingroom which allowed us to spread out for chill time....

"This is a beautiful part of Michigan. The lake is lovely, perfect for just sitting or paddling. The home is as described and feels like a family cabin shared through the generations. Thoughtful touches by the host including a dog bed, bowls and toys and a welcome basket for the humans."

"We had stayed at this house twice before. My dad requested that we travel to northern Michigan and stay at this house again for his birthday weekend. The hpuse has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We even enjoyed some of the family games in the closet. The view of the lake never gets old. My husband enjoyed some fishing time while we were there. Its a great place to stay for an up north getaway! The owners are very responsive, too! "Our family had so much fun at Boulder Ridge! The ages of our group ranged from 2 - 99 years old! And there was something fun for everyone! The teenagers had fun playing basketball. We all enjoyed days on Torch Lake. The house was clean, well stocked and big enough to accommodate our multi family vacation. The host was easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations for the area. We loved our stay!"

"overall cabin was in nice condition and all the amenities we needed and how can you go wrong with torch lake. the driveway is very narrow and steep so if your towing a boat or jetski you gotta be good"
