There are plenty of pots/pans/silverware/plates/cups/bowls etc. There are spices but if you need cooking oil and also baggies/foil, bring your own. The rooms are spacious and there are enough closets/drawers to put your stuff. Lots of blankets and pillows. One bed is quite hard but it fixed the crook in my back! Internet is strong. There is a TV in one bedroom and in the livingroom which allowed us to spread out for chill time. Nice selection of books/games and playing cards. The deck is small but yard spacious. We love the privacy fence. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. The location is perfect for getting to lakes. We spent our time on Lake Michigan beaches. We loved the home, its modern with all the amenities we could have needed for our stay. Large kitchen table for all of us to share dinner, drinks, and games. Exactly, what we needed for a weekend ski trip to Shanty. Would stay again if visiting the area, quick drive to Shanty Creek and downtown Bellaire. ##### Ian K. Very beautiful inside, the large yard with privacy fence is wonderful. Communication with landlord was very pleasant! So close to everything central lake has to offer. All appliances are nice and newer. We felt very spoiled!!!! 5 out of 5 for everything!!!! We came from Petoskey for a little 40th bday get away for husband. Landlord allowed us to bring our dogs which is very important to us. And to top off a good stay, U of M won! ##### Sarah M.
