I would suggest kids 8 would be better suited. I had to chase my little around to ensure they weren't touching or playing with any of the decorations. Plenty of bathrooms and counter space. We never got check in info until I asked. She did let us enter a little early but the grass/weeds were as tall as me and the outside of the home did not look very welcoming. The pictures for the inside were fairly accurate, but the description is not accurate. There is not 5 bed rooms, nor a king bed in the living room.
