Enjoy stunning views of Kennebec Lake and the surrounding natural landscape at this quiet, private cottage.  
  
The cottage offers 5 bedrooms (including 1 bedroom in the bunkie), and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The large, private lot includes 130 feet of waterfront, a dock, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and 1 canoe.   
  
It's an ideal spot for families and friends to share a cottage retreat together.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage.  
  
We are available through the app when needed but prefer to give guests their space.  
  
Early check in / late check out is available at $30 per hour.  
  
Guests are responsible to remove their own garbage. We will provide details of waste dump sites prior to your arrival. We can offer to remove the garbage for you, but it will cost an additional $100 to have it removed (We don't have public waste removal).   
  
\*REMINDER: Water/Plumbing and Septic\*  
  
Please understand that the Cottage has a septic system and only bodily waste materials or biodegradable toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Absolutely no feminine hygiene products, including tampons, are to be flushed even if the product is labeled as ‘flushable’. Please also remember because of the septic not to put any solid waste materials, coffee grounds or grease down the sink drains.   
  
If there is a sewage back up and we find evidence of any of the above, we will defer this cost back to the guest.  
  
We are on a well, most guests don't mind it but you're welcome to bring your own water.  
  
There are natural changes that may occur in the area that is out of our control. Although these occurrences are rare, they do sometimes happen. Please be sure to ask us if there are any reports of water quality in order to ensure your stay is not affected. If we are informed of any information after you book but prior to the stay, we will inform you.   
  
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.  
  
Deposits may be required.  
1\. All guests must be disclosed.  
2\. Deposits may be required for guests, up to $500.  
3\. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.  
4\. No usage of illegal substances.  
5\. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.  
6\. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is $50.00/hr.  
7\. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.  
8\. No pets.  
9\. Guests are responsible for removing their own garbage.  
10\. Guests must disclose the reason for their stay and how many people will be with them.  
11\. Primary may need to guest provide government issued ID.  
12\. Do not flush anything down the toilet except provided toilet paper. No paper towels, no Q-tips, no diapers, no kleenex etc. This may cause damages to the septic, which will be at the cost of the guest.   
  
If any house rules are broken, there may be a charge of up to $500.
