« Charmant hôtel à la déco rétro mais tout le confort. Tout est adorablement décoré. Le personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner excellent avec la partie chaude servie par du personnel et un buffet à côté pour le reste. Le seul bémol. Notre voisin de chambre qui s'est mis à discuté à 4h30 du matin et qu'on entendait vraiment énormément . Je ne sais pas si cela est dû à un problème d'insonorisation vu que l'hôtel est assez ancien. Sinon j'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour. »

« What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. »

Nous avons signalé un défaut dans notre chambre, personne n’est passé. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre.
Au restaurant, personne nous accueillant et ne venant vers nous, nous avons préféré déjeuner dans un autre restaurant, en face de l’hôtel.
À ce jour, trois jours après notre départ, je n’ai toujours pas reçu la facture.
Bref, pas l’impression d’exister dans cet hôtel.
