You will need to stay in communication for check-in to ensure they are available you help you. They do have a after hours lock box to be able to access your room. We did not need but it was communicated to us the morning of check-in."

"All the positive reviews I read prior to booking this hotel were true. Hotel Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and Breakfast was quite ample. Although not the most quaint area of town, it was only minutes away from wherever we needed to go. Only negative was the price point. Found it a bit excessive for a motel not in the touristy area of Monterey. "

"The staff was so helpful! My daughter lost her ring and they went and found it! Amazing customer service! The beds are so comfortable and I loved the rain shower. The hot tub was great and I loved that there was food/drink service at the pool/hot tub area. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown which is fantastic! "
