Staff at the hotel are lovely. Polite and well informed, nothing appears to be too much trouble. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A continental breakfast is served in your room."

"Front desk staff was courteous and easy to talk to. It is misleading when it says direct beach access, as you have to walk past 3 other hotels and down a considerable few flights of stairs to actually get to the beach. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious, however very noisy. Even gently walking sounded like we were stomping and the walls shook. We did not have an ocean view so the window could benefit from black out curtains. The kids play area was great, the play structure, chess, etc were...
