Breakfast needs an upgrade. Plenty of meat but little fresh fruit. Day one the buffet ran out of orange juice and oatmeal. Come on get healthy.

It was a last minute decision to stay at the hotel and to be able sight see the French Quarter area. The hotel had good reviews and based on pricing being in our range plus it was an overnight stay is why we chose this hotel. Hotel was walking distance to FQ. Check in was easy, the receptionist was personable and helpful.

Don’t stay here especially if you booked through a third party. Staff reminds you of that constantly for some reason. Even though I am a Hilton Honors Member, I did not receive any benefits or recognition. Had a room that the shower door was off track. Wouldn’t shut. Huge mess. Had to clean it up myself. My husband actually fixed it for the hotel but they didn’t even acknowledge that. Toilet spurted up on floor when flushed. I was told sorry for the inconvenience. Ugh! So disappointed . Next Hilton in Memphis I stayed at the next night thanked me for being a member and gave me water etc,,, what the heck New Orleans!

Check-in time is 3 pm but we arrived from the Disney Cruise at the Hotel at 10 am. We requested for an early check-in and without fuss we were given the room. Room was clean and very spacious. Stayed for one night.

Check-in staff were welcoming and car valets at arrival and departure were fast and professional. That said, elevator floors and carpet in our room were dirty and staff were reluctant to control extremely noisy group of guests on our floor who were still coming and going at 3 a.m. Breakfast was adequate but no fresh or even canned fruit.

This hotel only provides valet parking which is $44 to $55 per day and if you decide not to use that, There is a public parking structure called ezpark next door to the hotel that charges $30 for 12-24 hrs parking. But the hotel is a good clean safe hotel to stay in for the the Mardi gras an other New Orleans events.

We arrived after a 12 hour journey to be checked in at 3 pm. The room was not ready. After a wait we checked in and the first thing I wanted to do was to wash hands and face. We found the wash basin was choked and the water would not drain. Called the front desk and they sent a repair man. He tried to fix the problem and should couldn't get the water to drain. After repeated calls and visits to the front desk they finally changed the room. In the new room we found the bath tub drain is choked. Also in the fridge we found takeaway food lying rotting. Complained to the front desk and was told to talk to the manager in the morning at 7 am. Now, will see what happens tomorrow and in any case we are checking out in the morning. Not a good start to our vacation ... !!

Location is great, walking distance to convenient stores if needed. Close to street car access, if needed. There is a bakery/cafe 5 steps away from the hotel entrance (vegan friendly). I like the size of the 2 queen bed suite, great for a family or you and your bestie! Staff at the front were nice. The main con for me was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. There was black mold in and around the shower. I was able to contact the front desk to let them know, the housekeeper tried her best with instructions from her supervisor. Long story short, we weren’t able to switch rooms of the same caliber (suite) due to no availability. Due to cleanliness I would not stay there again.

En su información indican que disponen de parking. Lo cual no es cierto. Una vez llegas te dicen que debes guardar tu auto en un parking EZ que se encuentra en la esquina. O lo llevas tú o el vale parking. Sin embargo, no está incluido . Así que debes pagar tu parking directamente en el garage. El parking es seguro y fácil.

We loved our stay, but the front desk staff checking me in were worried about gossiping about the guest before me. The breakfast was not what the pictures showed. We wanted bacon at least. The guys at the door were amazing like the people at the desk when we left. Wish they had been there when we checked in. Loved the Hotel. So happy about how convenient it was to everything we wanted to do!!

1. Walkable, convenient location near the French quarter 2. The room could have been a little more upscale. Our king needed an oversized chair with a small table. 3. Room was never made up stayed 3 nights nights.
We were guests for 3 days. Bed was made on arrival but no towels in bathroom. Called they came up quickly next 2 days room was never made had to call again for towels old towels still on the floor from out first nights stay. This has never happened before and we travel a lot. Wi fi connection poor Breakfasts were very good
