« Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. « Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed. »

« Hôtel de standing très bien situé près du Bart (sorte de RER) à Oakland (12th street) à environ 15 minutes du centre de San Francisco Beau studio avec belle salle de bain. Tres bien équipé.Très bon petit déjeuner.Personnel de service et cuisine très sympathique et prêt à aider Bémols : pas de lave linge dans le studio mais une laverie PAYANTE en libre service dans l hôtel. La personne qui a fait le check-in pas du tout aimable. Au final : Bon point de chute à San Francisco. Oakland est une ville...
