"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"Generally all was pleasant about this downtown Phoenix lodging EXCEPT there was NO elevator so we had to lug our heavy load up to the 2nd floor. We were pleased that there wasn't breakfast offered because we wanted to eat at Matts Big Breakfast nearby...best bacon I've ever eaten!"

"This was the second of two 2-night stays.Everything about the rooms was fine but this stay was more pleasant - the previous room was next door to the employee laundry facility which generated noise and traffic around our roon starting at 5AM. Shuttle to the airport worked well."

"I almost didn't reserved this hotel scared by the bad reviews for cleaningless, I'm glad we did book our room here. Apparently they are under new management and boy they did improved and the hard work is showing. Rooms are very clean, areas are pretty and nice, they did really turned around this place. "There were loud kids and dogs in the hallway and outside our door till about 1:30 every morning."

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
