« Ce resort est magnifique, nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner à cet hôtel , seulement nous avons dû attendre presque 1h avant d’avoir la chambre car la nôtre n’était pas prête et ils on dû nous donner une autre chambre car j’avais commencé à m’impatienter et les enfants étaient fatigués du voyage , autre chose est que l’hôtel est en travaux donc beaucoup de bruits des appareils de construction un peu partout ça donnait parfois des maux de tête ! Pour le reste c’était parfait! »

"Mon fils de 15 ans et moi avont passé un superbe séjour. La grande chambre familiale avec un balcon et une belle vue sur la mer en étant au milieu de l'hôtel au 2e étage ,à deux avec de lintimité. Le personnel était vraiment gentil, ils reconnaissent tes goûts en peu de temps pour les breuvages. Activités et spectacles le soir tres divertissant. Volley-ball de plage tous les jours. Mon fils a joué toute la semaine créant des liens avec dautres vacanciers. Idéal pour des jeunes enfants , très familiale. Beaucoup de choix de restaurants. Nous avons très bien mangé toute la semaine. Pour le rapport qualité-prix, nous sommes tres satisfait."

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the city. You can easily walk to the most famous street, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and anything you might need. The beach is also very easy to access, and the area feels very safe and secure at all times. Overall, this resort offers excellent service, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen"
