« Le service est très mauvais en général pour un 4.5 étoiles. La bouffe est très peu variée même entre différents restaurant. Et il y a même des restaurants qui sont supposés être sans réservation mais prennent les réservations que certaines personnes seulement. Le transport est disponible uniquement pendant certaines heures ce qui rend le déplacement compliqué alors que les gens y vont pour les vacances. »

« Hôtel horrible j’en suis tombée malade. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles les chambres sont vétustes, mauvaises odeurs dans les draps de lit, toilette sale. Nous avons détesté cette hôtel aucun service même pour avoir de l’eau dans la chambre il fallait remplir une bouteille dans une fontaine à eau filtrante située dans un coin du couloir des chambres mais l’eau avait vraiment un mauvais goût. Très peu de choix au buffet et nourriture pas de bonnes qualités. Nous devons y séjourner 5 nuits mais...

You will have to pay for basics to get hashbrowns in the morning for example. RUN from the lunch buffet. Dinner was okay but then again you would expect more variety and rotation in the food. There is only two family pools in the resort which is okay but still small for a resort. There is no umbrellaa for the pool or the beach which is unacceptable in my view. Staff is great. Having visited many other 4-5 star resorts on the hotel zone…this one is definitely considered a 3.5 star for what you get. "
