« Dans l'ensemble une mauvaise expérience... J'ai réservé deux nuits dans cet établissement pour l'anniversaire de ma maman. La réservation a été faite en ligne (trois jours avant le départ) sur Expedia et j'ai payé par carte de crédit. La moitié du montant total devait etre débité le jour-meme et l'autre moitié le jour de son arrivée sur place. A son arrivée, on lui a demandé de régler la facture en cash. J'ai contacté le service client d'Expédia qui a tenté de joindre l'hotel mais personne ne...

« Dominic the owner and his staff were amazing. We arrived way early and they went above and beyond to get our room ready. Having breakfast included was very nice and the option to have dinner at a reasonable price was even better. Getting to St. Ignacio was a breeze, with conectivos going by just across the main road. « Very nice stay in the nature. Host are very kind. Breakfast is good enjoying a beautiful view on the forest with Tucans and other birds. Tucan villa is close to the road (not a main one) so can be a bit noisy in the evening. But we enjoyed our stay! »

« El estacionamiento no esta en la propiedad, lo cierran a las 10 de la noche. Por lo que no puedes salir a cenar y regresar el carro al estacionamiento. O si olvidas algo en el carro ya no podrás tener acceso a el. No me gustó nada que me obligaran a dejar las llaves porque no era necesario. Y además no te dan boleto que ampare la recepción de tu auto. Sin embargo parece un lugar seguro »

"un peu excentré l’hôtel est agréable plein d’animaux et a pied de xcaret nous regretons cependant que l'hotel n'est pas un partenariat avec xcaret pour profitez du parc il faut payer l'entrée standart, les piscines sont jolies la plage fait un peu artificielle n'oubliez pas de réserver les restaurant des votre arrivée pour ne pas manger tout le temps au buffet qui a du choix et est assez bon dans l'ensemble une semaine agréable "

"Overall, room is great and updated but i have to say it’s the only positive point of the hotel. food is MEDiOCRE!!! Not a lot of choices and it’s always the same food. You will have to pay for basics to get hashbrowns in the morning for example. RUN from the lunch buffet. Dinner was okay but then again you would expect more variety and rotation in the food. There is only two family pools in the resort which is okay but still small for a resort. There is no umbrellaa for the pool or the beach which is unacceptable in my view. Staff is great. Having visited many other 4-5 star resorts on the hotel zone…this one is definitely considered a 3.5 star for what you get. "
