« Super accueil par le propriétaire, bonne literie, petit déjeuner vraiment excellent et service très attentionné. La température plutôt fraiche vu l'altitude a été bien apprécié après notre arrivée de l'aéroport (très bon sommeil), pas trop éloigné mais petite route pas toujours facile avec de nombreux virages et en mauvais état (mais c'est courant au Costa-Rica !). Logements pas très récents et relativement petits, mais très bon rapport qualité-prix, calme. Nous le recommandons sans aucune...

« Dans l'ensemble une mauvaise expérience... J'ai réservé deux nuits dans cet établissement pour l'anniversaire de ma maman. La réservation a été faite en ligne (trois jours avant le départ) sur Expedia et j'ai payé par carte de crédit. La moitié du montant total devait etre débité le jour-meme et l'autre moitié le jour de son arrivée sur place. A son arrivée, on lui a demandé de régler la facture en cash. J'ai contacté le service client d'Expédia qui a tenté de joindre l'hotel mais personne ne...

« I can’t recommend enough! We stayed in San Jose the night before our flight, after spending the week in Fortuna we weren’t sure what to expect. We booked a cheap stay, and it was fantastic! It was clean, safe, and comfortable! It’s inside a locked gate, with a safe place to park. It’s walking distance to plenty of food and shops. I can’t recommend enough! »

"Overall, room is great and updated but i have to say it’s the only positive point of the hotel. food is MEDiOCRE!!! Not a lot of choices and it’s always the same food. You will have to pay for basics to get hashbrowns in the morning for example. RUN from the lunch buffet. Dinner was okay but then again you would expect more variety and rotation in the food. There is only two family pools in the resort which is okay but still small for a resort. There is no umbrellaa for the pool or the beach which is unacceptable in my view. Staff is great. Having visited many other 4-5 star resorts on the hotel zone…this one is definitely considered a 3.5 star for what you get. "
