"Reviews we've read have been hit or miss so didn't know what to expect when arriving. The staff was friendly and decently attentive. The bartenders at the pool bars worked fast, and they had employees going around cleaning up plates and cups and they would even take your order for drinks if you asked. Dinner was pretty good, the portions are a bit small so for 2 teenage boys, they would order 2 or more entrees. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. There are no reservations at any of them, so you either wait in line before they open or go later after everyone else. The rooms and bathrooms were really a decent size; they could use a little update though. We loved hanging out at the pool and they had water volleyball, water polo, water aerobics, and music going to liven it up. Overall, we had a great time and were sad to leave. "

"Room: Clean overall, but a few issues: mold around the bathtub drain and a hole in the curtain. We reported it right away. Also, no pen or paper in the room, which was inconvenient. Pools: Generally clean, but we noticed dirt and standing water under some lounge chairs. Twice we saw staff drop dirty cups into the pool—once they even asked a guest to pick it up. Also, some terrace pools facing the beach and the rooftop pool are only for Enclave guests, which felt restrictive. Food: Buffet was good—lots of options and fresh food. Cocktails were just okay, and the poolside snack bar didn’t have much worth eating. The steakhouse was very disappointing—skip it. Even the regular steaks and desserts were bad, worse than the buffet. The reservation system is frustrating. You have to book a day in advance, but Enclave guests get priority. By the time we booked, only late slots were left. One night we waited an hour for food, and it wasn’t good. Not family-friendly unless you upgrade. Service: Most staff were friendly, but a couple were rude (pool towel staff and one Italian restaurant server). Big thanks to the omelet station staff—they were amazing. Checkout: After 12 PM checkout, you can’t use facilities unless you pay $10/person/hour. This felt unreasonable and left a bad final impression."
