It features a double bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen/living room is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) are provided at an extra cost. The living area includes a dining table, a sofa bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV, and international TV channels with a flat screen.

The apartment offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It includes a washing machine, a dryer, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (available at an extra cost), and a hair dryer.
