Not well maintained. There was a leak by the lobby door, bucket to catch drip, ceiling tile out and pipe from upstairs exposed. hallway walls and woodwork needed paint and hallway floors vacuumed. Leak under sink in bathroom, towels were dingy. Ironing board but no iron. no smoke detector--just wires hanging. Strap off suitcase stand. Security lock on door broken off. We ran out of bathroom tissue and no one came in on our second day to refill and refresh room. Never had that happen before. We stayed at a Quality Inn in Cleburne TX a few weeks ago with no issues. We do not want a refund or discount just want you to know so it can be fixed for future customers and to build trust.

Just a place to sleep on our way to Florida

Our family just needed a place to crash on our way to Florida (from Indiana). We just needed rooms with beds and nothing fancy...good thing! The hotel looks like a time warp on the inside. The carpet in the halls is a mess; the stairwells are dirty and sketchy. It suited the purpose for what we needed but I would not recommend it to anyone else.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was OK. Room was OK. The heat wasn't working properly. I found a torn comforter on my bed. The bathroom was good. Its a really good stay though.

one maid, 1 maitenance worker, cash out service. poor. 2 errors. washer front popped off. dryer after 3.00 clothes still wet. I purchased my own cleaning liquids and mop to do floors. in bathroom. But Spared a place to stay in time of Hurricane. TV red yellow green blue lines on screen. king family

The hotel was somewhat clean the bathroom was the only issue I had that and a distinct smell in the room.

Breakfast offerings not replenished. Apple and. Cranberry juices were just water from fountain dispenser. Management did not seem to care. It seemed there were cost saving measures in place. Family owned? Cleaning staff were hard working and accommodated our needs for 1 extra coffee packet.
