The house had everything we needed and was decorated well. We had a little trouble getting the digital lock to open upon arrival but the host was easy to reach and had us in in no time. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable to two beaches and a short drive to the town of Hyannis where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was exactly what we needed for a family with young adults. The host was very attentive to our needs and pretty much thought of everything to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. When we arrived the place was very clean. We cooked in a few meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with all that we needed. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great one day with heavy rain but the couch was so comfortable no one minded hanging out watching TV or reading a book. All in all we loved the place and it was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Would definitely rent again. ##### Cheryl D. Easy access to downtown Hyannis for shopping and nightlife, walkable to beaches with fantastic swimming. The house is newly renovated, but maintains the charm of a home with some history in the area. Sweet backyard with a patio set up to enjoy outdoor dining and lounging. The neighborhood feels secluded, but is really near all the summer happenings. Well stocked kitchen, smart use of a small space. I can't say enough about our fantastic stay.
