"This establishment is not safe. There were people making noise in the hallways all night and when reported they did nothing. Awoken to a fire alarm at 6 am. And told they would forfeit our pet and parking fees yet charged to my account the next day!"

"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "

"Great little downtown apartment! Small - good for up to two people. Nicely appointed and decorated, great sectional sofa, big TVs where we wanted them. Host was kind and helpful and accommodating. Location is pretty much across State St from the State Street RR Station, a block and a half from the Green, and near everything. Orange Street (half a block away) has a ton of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!"
