Trullo Tioreo is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Ceglie Messapica, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3.2 km (roughly 2 miles), a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the closest beach (Baia di Camerini beach) at 25 km (roughly 15.5 miles). You will reach Trullo Tioreo from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Trullo Tioreo you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 11.5 meters (37 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and is filled with salt water. The area is equipped with sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a masonry bench, and it is partly shaded by characteristic trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated. Patio The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof and by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and an external shower. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool, of the garden and of surrounding countryside. Living Room The living room is paved with resin. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels).
