This villa has undergone a meticulous restoration and is adorned with tasteful furnishings, promising unparalleled comfort. The expansive garden, meticulously maintained, provides an idyllic setting for relaxation.  
  
  
  
The ground floor of the villa is a haven of contemporary design, featuring a spacious open-plan living area complete with a plush sofa, television, and dining table. The heart of this space is the fully-equipped island kitchen, boasting an oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A convenient toilet is also situated on this level.  
  
  
  
Ascending the stairs, guests will discover the tranquil sleeping quarters, comprising five bedrooms. Four of these bedrooms offer queen-size beds, televisions, and private ensuite bathrooms with showers. The fifth bedroom features two single beds, accommodating a variety of guest needs.  
  
  
  
The villa's garden is a true highlight, featuring a lush lawn and a covered terrace patio equipped with a dining area and kitchenette. Situated within a residential complex, the villa benefits from concierge service, two swimming pools (including one for children), and access to two private beaches.  
  
  
  
For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Guests also have the use of two outdoor parking slots directly in front of the property.  
  
  
  
Please note, the shared swimming pools are open from July 1st to September 15th, and swimming caps may be required.

Cefalù, a splendid city, is renowned for its stunning beaches, the Norman Cathedral with its Byzantine mosaics, and the Museo Mandralisca.
