Located on the 2nd floor of an ancient building in Cefalù old town, literally 2 steps away from every point of interest and just a few minutes from the beach, this apartment is spacious and luminous and close to the parking areas as well.

This accommodation offers a spacious kitchen area with the most beautiful light coming from the nice balcony with city view, a bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine floor that leads to a double bedroom with small attached toilet. In the mezzanine open space, 1 single bed is already set to welcome a 3rd guest.

The building is outside the Ztl restricted area of the old town.
