I INVITE YOU TO READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION SO TO BE WELL INFORMED ABOUT EVERYTHING. The apartment is located on the third floor (in reality it is a second and a half floor) served by comfortable stairs and enjoys a beautiful view; you can see the sea, the historic center with the cathedral, and the fortress behind. The rooms are large and bright; all have TV, bench for suitcases and air conditioning; the kitchen is well equipped and has a comfortable regular double sofa bed measuring 160 x190 cm. The apartment has free private parking, located at the foot of the building, right under the balcony, with access only for guests. We are in the city center, just behind the main Via Roma and in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the beach, in 10 minutes in the historic center; 100 meters away there is a well-stocked supermarket and in the area also restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconist, bank, pharmacy, train station. It is pleasant to be on the cool kitchen balcony even on the hottest days as the sun only arrives directly in the early morning and at sunset. In the same building and on the same floor, there is another apartment, with two bedrooms, to see it, write the reference 6448829 in the destination on the homepage and start the search. TOURIST TAX - According to the law in art. 4 of Legislative Decree n.23/2011, guests are required to pay the relevant tourist tax upon check-in, and it is my responsibility to collect it. The tourist tax to be paid is €2 per night per person, for the first 5 nights, in cash at check-in, children from 0 to 12 years are exempt, e.g. 3 people including 1 child aged 10, for a 7-night stay, will have to pay €20. PHOTOS OF DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT - According to the law of art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79), art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79) and art. 19 bis of Legislative Decree n. 113/2018, at check-in I am required to take a photograph of the document (identity card or passport) of all guests, and to have the contract filled out, i.e. a sheet with the summary of the booking data and signed. AIR CONDITIONING - You are my guest and therefore I don't want you to feel hot, but... it is forbidden to set a temperature lower than 24°, and to leave the air conditioner on when you are not at home. At 24° the rooms cool down and you no longer feel hot. When outside is too hot as in summer, if you set a temperature lower than 24° the air conditioner cannot reach it because the difference is too great, instead what happens is that the air conditioner works under stress and produces a lot of water that doesn't drain well and that instead comes down from the split causing damage to the furniture it encounters. WASTE - At check-out you will have to throw away the waste in the appropriate containers that I will communicate to you upon check-in. Of course you can also throw away the waste during your stay. POSSIBLE A/C SUPPLEMENT IN THE KITCHEN - I care about the environment and I conceive the use of the air conditioner only in the bedrooms because I still believe that it is essential for sleeping on the hottest days. In the kitchen I make it available (included in the price) only for the 3rd and 4th guest who sleep there. If you are 2 guests and you really cannot do without the air conditioner in the kitchen, I can make it available by paying a supplement of €7 per day, in cash at check-in. POSSIBLE SOFA BED LINEN KIT - The basic rental prices refer to two guests who only use the bedroom to sleep, in fact the linen kit that is provided includes, in addition to the bathroom set, only one set of sheets. If there are two of you and you also want to use the sofa bed to sleep, you have to pay a supplement of €15 for the rental of another set of linen. CRIB AND TABLE SEAT - A cot and table seat are available upon request. FIRE EXTINGUISHER, GAS, SMOKE, CO2 DETECTORS - At the moment, photos in the ad don't show the fire extinguisher, gas and smoke detector, and CO2 detector, as these were recently installed, at the end of the season. ## Property amenities ### Beach - Our host Salvatore was fabulous always available if needed but also didn't bother you apartment was lovely everything we needed was there. Salvatore was great with information about places to go and restaurants to eat in. Would recommend trying White horse restaurant few minutes walk from apartment and Spinno heading towards old town Pizza was lovely. Decor and fittings are what you would expect for a property of this price. Kitchen/diner and bedroom are good size, bathroom Ok, and there is plenty of storage space. Shower is good, and the bed is firm and comfortable. Balcony is good size with great view. Cefalu is a great place to visit, with beach, shops and endless eateries within easy reach. We loved it there. Beach about 5-10 mins, old town 10-15\. Cefalu is a busy place and therefore not quiet, so the level crossing is not the only noise you will get, but we slept pretty well \[I'm not a heavy sleeper\]. Express trains are loud but I dont think they came through until around 8\. Overall this is a great apartment for a couple. We will definitely go back to Cefalu, and would use this apartment if available. ##### Sarah K. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cefalù : l'appartement, vaste et comptant de nombreux rangements, est très pratique. Il est agrémenté d'une terrasse avec vue sur mer qui bénéficie d'une exposition idéale puisque l'on peut, du petit-déjeuner au dîner, manger à l'ombre. La place de parking réservée est, elle aussi, très utile. De plus la situation du logement dans Cefalù permet d'accéder à la plage, au centre historique et au supermarché en 5 à 10 minutes à pied. Merci beaucoup à Salvatore qui est un hôte soucieux que tout se passe bien, il donne de nombreux informations et conseils, le linge a été changé en cours de séjour. Geräumig, super Meeresblick vom Balkon mit Sonnenuntergang Salvatore ist unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Diele, Wohnküche und zwei Balkons ist gut ausgestattet und wohnlich. Alles da, was man braucht. Leider kein Fernsehempfang deutscher Sender. Wifi ist ok. Man sollte für Schukostecker Adapter mitbringen. Die Balkonliegen und einen Sonnenschirm haben wir mit zum Strand genommen ( 10 Min zu Fuß). Der Mietwagen stand sicher vor dem Haus, aber leider unter einem Baum mit regem Vogelverkehr und entsprechendem Kot. Nächster Supermarkt in 5 Fußminuten. Bäcker mehrfach vorhanden. Innenstadt 20 Fußminuten, Bahnhof 15 Fußminuten. Züge im Stundentakt nach Palermo. Die fahren direkt am Haus vorbei. Davor Schranke mit nicht nachvollziehbaren Hupaktivitäten. In più non dista neanche molto dal centro storico. Salvatore, il proprietario, è una persona veramente gentile e disponibile, ha fatto in modo che alla casa non mancasse nulla del necessario, tutto è funzionante ed in ottimo stato; senza contare la presenza di elementi di design scelti con attenzione. La doccia è molto spaziosa, la cucina ben fornita, c'è tutto l'occorrente anche per le pulizie, l'appartamento stesso risulta anche più ampio rispetto a come si può pensare dalle fotografie. L'esperienza più bella è stata sicuramente mangiare in balcone, soprattutto durante il tramonto, il panorama è davvero bello. Pur trovandosi vicino alle ferrovie, non dà molto fastidio il passaggio del treno; nel complesso il soggiorno è stato rilassante e piacevole. Consiglio a chiunque di non lasciarsi scappare l'opportunità anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! ##### Alexia C. Zwei Balkons, der größere mit Meerblick und wettergeschützt, jedoch von der Lautstärke gewöhnungsbedürftig (aber machbar) aufgrund des Bahnübergangs direkt davor. Sauberkeit 1A, 2 Minuten zur Stadt, 3 Minuten zum Strand und 5 Minuten zur historischen Innenstadt. Salvatore hat uns vom Treffpunkt (leider haben wir uns trotz seiner Warnungen an unser Navi gehalten und den falschen Punkt angesteuert) abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gelotst. The kitchen is well equipped. The best thing is the very big balcony with the amazing sea view! Salvatore is a very nice and friendly person. Sep 19, 2018 #### Un panorama da favola L'appartamento di Salvatore rispecchia le immagini disponibili sul sito, molto ampio e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie al soggiorno. Abbiamo ad esempio apprezzato le abat-jour nel letto, addirittura 2 per ogni posto letto, non tutti le hanno così funzionali e noi che amiamo leggere le abbiamo molto apprezzate. La cucina ha tutto quanto necessita ed è funzionale. I letti comodi e abbiamo apprezzato il cambio biancheria settimanale. La doccia funziona bene. La distanza dalla spiaggia e dal centro città è ottima, siamo sempre andati a piedi e la cosa è semplicissima e utile per smaltire le calorie delle abbondanti cene. La cosa però che più ci ha soddisfatto è la vista mare dal balcone, pranzare col mare davanti è già di per se una vacanza degna di nota. Salvatore è una persona squisita, ospitale e preparata e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Grazie, abbiamo amato Cefalù! ##### Mauro G. Die Wohnung ist mit den beiden Balkonen, der kleine am Schlafzimmer zum Frühstück mit Bergblick, der andere mit fantastischem Meerblick von der Wohnküche aus, empfehlenswert. Am Besten hat uns nach dem Frühstück auf dem kleinen Balkon das anschließende Sonnenbad bis um ca. 13:00 Uhr gefallen 😍. Die Ausstattung war prima, Preis Leistung angepasst, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, jetzt auch eine Waschmaschine 😊. In das Ortszentrum sind es paar Minuten Fußweg, am Strand ist man schneller. Die Wohnung ist sogar mit 2 TV Geräten ausgestattet, Internetverbindung war prima.
