"I came to town to visit Mackinac Island, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at this hotel. The property is incredibly clean and well-maintained. It is a short walk to the Shepler’s ferry terminal, but the front desk will also call you a shuttle if you’d like. The staff was all incredibly friendly, and I am especially grateful to Carol for all of her good recommendations and helpful tips. The property is very close to restaurants and shopping, and it was so nice to have the free parking in the hotel parking lot, and not have to pay to park in one of the ferry parking lots. All in all a wonderful visit and great hotel!"

Upper floor rooms are on levels separated by staircases and elevator only gets you the upper level, so if negotiating any stairs to access your room is a problem, patron will need luggage assistance, or book only a room in center section of upper floor(s)"

"Harbour View Inn was a lovely place to stay with our bigger family. Loved that we could have all 6 of us in 1 room. The balcony was a nice place to wind down in the evening. Breakfast was more offerings than we expected - a necessity to have it provided by your hotel in my opinion. Would plan to stay here again."

"Front desk staff was terrific. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was cramped. You had to fully enter the bathroom before you could close the door. The toilet was next to the door. There were no hooks to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. The sink was not in the same area. Room was large, but located in a strange area of the hotel and was next to the road."
