Breakfast was great, wish it started a little earlier due to having to leave early for a kids tournament. Room was wonderful and spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be choosing this hotel from now on when my family stays in town.

Rooms are set up nice and spacious. Nice lobby area for gathering with other guests in your party. Pool water was cold and needs to be heated. Kids didn’t want to swim long because of this.

First of all the staff was nice but didn't know what they were doing. The room was not clean. We found a dirty fork under the night stand where you could see it. Nobody cleaned the floors in the bathroom. Housekeeping forgot to replace towels. Still had food from last guests.

We loved our stay and will be back soon!
We loved the layout of the room and especially loved having a full kitchen! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space! The staff was also very helpful and friendly and helped provide me with a few essentials that I needed and forgot.

The condition of the Hotel was just fair, definitely in the need of some major tlc. Our room wasn't filthy but it wasn't very clean.

New Choice
We loved our stay at Staybridge. This was our first time booking there and we’re so happy we made this choice! It was clean, very comfortable bed and such a nice kitchenette to work with. Great breakfast too. This is our new go-to place to stay!

We did not have any room service in 3 nights. Also found garbage in kitchen left from previous guests. Coffee was out at breakfast two mornings. It was a nice room but service not as good as when we have stayed there previous ly.

Inaccurate description
There is no hot tub, despite it being in pictures and the descriptions. Overall room and breakfast were fine, but we were staying with kids and all they wanted was a hot tub haha (and I chose a hotel based solely on this criteria), so it felt very bait and switch when we got there and there wasn't one.

We have stayed at this property many times over the past 15 years as it has gone through various changes. This is by far the best update the property has had. Very nice, clean and quiet. Even the hallways smell clean without smelling perfumy. Only complaint was low water pressure.

Suite was spacious and clean with lots of seating. They offered free laundry services so we were able to wash/dry swimsuits after using the pool. The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants.

This is a very convenient location to get anywhere in the city quickly. The rooms are clean, the staff are helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would happily stay there again.

The front desk staff member was not there. I rang the bell for service, this woman walked up from the couch and got.snippy with me she told me i did not need to ring the bell. The woman was wearing all black no name tag and sittimg on the couch. I had no clue she worked here. I was unable to carry my bag to my room. I asked for help getting it there. The woman laughed at me and rolled her eyes. I literally just was in urgent care yesterday and had shots in my hip for my back.pain. she told me there wpuldnt be anyone to help me. Thank god for another hotel guest who helped me to my room. She was a traveling rn and even told me i was in a fragile state. Horrible horrible hospitality.

Walked in room and it stunk. Son walked through living room and walked thru big puddle of pee on carpet I’m assuming from previous people with animal, called front desk said they would put a note on my room so I didn’t get charged but didn’t offer to clean it?!?! Went down for pillows and bedding for pull out bed she said she would bring up pillows wrote down room number, never seen the pillows. Won’t be my pick next time we stay in the area for sports. Not to mention walking into hotel and fire alarms were going off. Not impressed!
