You feel transported back in time with the amazing architectural details but with all the modern amenities. It had everything to suit our family and dog- a 3rd floor rec room, bunk beds, a great fenced in yard, a dog bed, food/water bowels, plus a Harry Potter-style bathroom under the stairs! The host was very welcoming and gets 5 stars for efficient and warm communication. We left laundry in the dryer after we checked out and she offered to ship it or arranged for it to be picked.
