The living room opens to an outdoor area furnished with zero gravity chairs. \*Downstairs: On the ground floor you will find a full-sized washer and dryer along with a convenient half bath for when you are enjoying your time out in the yard or on the dock. the dock. Also on this level is additional seating and a charcoal grill. Guests have the entire property to themselves. The upper story is holds the main living and sleeping areas, the lower story holds a half bath and the laundry. Guests are welcome to use the yard and boat dock but will not have use of the boat lift. McCormick Management Company has a Cedar Key office open 7 days a week to answer questions or help with any problems you may have while here. All of our homes are equipped with smart locks so you can check in and out as you please! Set off a quite road, the property feels private and the only sounds you hear are the birds. Sunrise Cottage is located 2 miles from downtown Cedar Key. You are also only 2 blocks from Cedar Key Museum State Park. The area is great to walk, bike or golf cart so feel free to explore however you see fit!
