Room was large, newly remodeled.. view was great to the park and Gulf of America. a few small things were needed, a plug coming out of the wall, towel hanger not up, not big things. Was on the ground floor, first floor. Not much insulation to them walking on the second floor. Was noisy off and on but wasnt during the night when we needed to sleep. The room was emasculate, spacious, and very comfortable. It is right across the street from a park, small beach, boat ramp, and a 4 minute walk to all the eateries and fishing pier.
