### Winter adventures and remote work hideaway

Efficient condo on the Old Course at Sugarloaf. Updated kitchen, modern furniture (high quality mattress), sleeper sofa, large jetted tub, fast internet, cable, and private patio.  
  
5 min. to Good Harbor Beach, 10 min. to Leland and 30 min. to Traverse City. Easy access to wonderful year round activities. Perfect for a golfing, outdoor adventure or wine tasting trip, or simply a change of scenery for a remote worker. Amenities and thoughtful touches galore. Thorough cleaning precautions.  
  
Large studio with very functional space and furniture. Everything you need and nothing you don\`t. Enjoy new, modern furniture, a super comfortable bed and couch (lazy-boy brand with pull out sofa). Large table with plenty of space for dining or working remotely. Huge bathroom with shower and massive jacuzzi tub. Well appointed kitchen with stove, microwave convection oven and all of the dishes and cookware you need. Walk right out the slider door to your private patio on the 17th hole. This condo is comfy and cozy all year long. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout.  
  
If you are brining your furry friend, please read the pet rules in the rules section thoroughly before booking.  
  
Guests have private and exclusive use of the condo and patio. Guests have shared access to a picnic area, bbq and a dog run. Parking lot with plenty of parking near the condo entrace. The golf club house is just a few steps away.  
  
You will have contactless access to the condo. As your hosts, we are available by phone, email or text for any questions you have about the space or about the region. We love sharing our favorite restaurant recommendations, hiking spots and wineries, just ask!  
  
Perfect Leelanau County location. Less than 5 minutes away enjoy one of the regions most beautiful beaches, Good Harbor. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, for endless outdoor adventures. Enjoy the nearby towns of Cedar, Leland and Glen Arbor for dining and shopping. Tons of wineries nearby. Less than 30 minutes from downtown Traverse City.  
  
We are open to one night stays on a case by case basis. If you are interested in a one night stay please send us a message with your desired date.  
House Rules  
1) 4 people max and all guests must be on the reservation  
2) If more than 4 people are on the property you will be subject to an immediate cancellation and additional fees  
3) No smoking or vaping on the property, including the backyard and back porch. If you smoke you must head outside onto the public parking lot or grass area  
4) No events  
5) No loud music or other outdoor loud noises between 10pm and 8am  
6) Guests are responsible for reimbursement of any broken items  
7) For your own safety and our ability to best manage the property, we do have a camera at the front door and a noise monitor inside the home.  
  
Pet Rules:  
1) Disclose if you are bringing a dog at the time of booking  
2) One dog maximum. Additional dogs, other types of pets (including cats) must be discussed prior to booking and are at the discretion of the host.  
3) Dog must be well behaved and not an excessive barker  
4) Dogs must go to the bathroom outside and waste must be disposed of immediately  
7) Dogs must be leashed when outside  
8) No dogs on the furniture  
9) If we learn that you are not abiding by these rules, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation  
10) Guests are responsible for the cost of any pet damage

Very serene. The morning sun took it's time to invade the room through the large patio door. The view of the 17th hole on the "Old Sugar Loaf" golf course was stunning. Our host was very helpful. The whole area was beautiful and charming, worth coming back to!

The condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Very clean and comfortable. Great recommendations for nearby food, wineries, towns and beaches. Located right on the golf course but very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. 15 minutes from fishtown and 30 minutes from Traverse city.

We have stayed in Condos in the area and enjoyed each different property. This property disappointed us quite a bit. The location is the Best. Next to a golf course and near a lot of wineries, great food and beautiful beaches.But we were disappointed with is property.I would describe this property as plain & no personality. We enjoy VRBO because most propertys have a personality.The furnishings are bare minimum, with really no decoration.The cleaning could be better. We found many cob webs thru the condo.The bed mattress was poor at best.When we checked in we found no facial tissue available. We also found no dishwasher tabs available.Overall the property needs some loving care to it it up to what should be a GREAT VRBO Condo.

#### Quiet comfortable stay, centrally located to everything M-22

Great location as a base camp for your up-north vacation. Bonus for golfers, literally on a golf course. Only 10min to Cedar, 15min to Leland and 15 min to Glen Arbor. Host was communicative and friendly and helpful. Neighbors were all quiet and no issues with our arrival, stay or departure. Would stay here again.

#### Great weekend up north

This condo was the perfect place to stay to be within driving distance of traverse city and tons of nature! The lodgings were very clean and everything was updated. Wonderful visit.
