It’s a new build so maybe debris is coming through the vents but the stairs were dirty. When I lifted the bedspread there was a couple pieces of plaster type debris in the bed. The home was clean and comfortable. The only downside was in the master bedroom and bathroom no shades had yet been installed so we used towels to cover the bathroom windows. Fortunately, the unit faced mostly properties that were vacant and a small wooded area. My only other wish would have been more communication with the host as we had challenges with the keyless entry and had to program a garage remote ourselves to be able to ensure access. The host did help with access but communication could have been better. We had 4 people, and only had 2 towel sets. We requested more, and got just 2 more bath towels, nothing else. - Curtains or shades on the windows. Would be nice to have more window coverings. - Garage Door - we couldn't get the system to open the garage door with our phone to work. Not sure if that was user error or there is something the owner needs to set up. - Master Shower - the shower curtain rod was one of those curved ones. Unfortunately this means the shower curtain hung outside of the shower, leading to water escaping the shower onto the floor in the bathroom. Did not work well at all. - Check-out process. We were given no direction on how to check-out. Some instructions on this would have been helpful so we could do what the owner wnated. ##### Larry W.
