This brand new construction townhome off of South Main Street in Cedar Falls will not disappoint. Minutes from everything the Cedar Valley has to offer. Have a bigger group? Multiple condos are available!  
  
This quiet neighborhood offers easy access to the miles of paved trails throughout the Cedar Valley. Just a short drive to downtown Cedar Falls, shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the University of Northern Iowa. Don't miss out on booking this wonderful brand new condo.  
  
The Cove at Spruce Hills is townhome neighborhood located just off of South Main Street and Greenhill Road in the south-central area of Cedar Falls. Located just 1.5 miles from the University of Northern Iowa and 3 miles from historic downtown Cedar Falls. Easy access to many other Cedar Valley attractions:

4 miles to the Cedar Valley Soccer Complex
