Huge covered porch with ceiling fans is a enjoyable way to spend a relaxing morning drinking coffee watching the birds on the lake. The plush grass yard is the perfect area to grill or experience the beautiful lake view. The swimming area next to the dock has a rare sandy bottom that is ideal for playing in the lake. Large trees surrounding the property provide cool shade for the grassy St Augustine lawn. In the evenings relax around the fire pit that is ideal for roasting marshmallows. If that wasn't enough, the property also has a boat house with a swim deck for fishing and sun bathing on the lake. Bring your boat and conveniently use the boat house to keep your boat safe when not in use. The neighborhood also has a convenient private boat ramp, a short walk away from the property. Custom Built Home, located in Indian Harbor, this Paradise is perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will love the Panoramic views of the Open water. All bedrooms have a lake view and the loft view is amazing. The front porch is inviting and covered with a nest hello door bell. A large covered deck with ceiling fans, surround sound speakers, and seating for 12 provides a comfortable space for dining, grilling, relaxing, and watching the sun set. This vacation home is fully furnished and can accommodate 12 people (8 adults, 4 kids) comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including all necessities for cooking. The master bedroom, which opens to the deck, has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The futon makes into a small full size bed, there are two twin mattresses on a trundle bed and a twin bed in the loft. A queen size air mattress can be put out for larger groups. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cool nights as you look out the expansive walls of glass onto the lake from the living room. An easy hour's drive from downtown Dallas and just south of Gun Barrel City, the house is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Canton's First Monday Trade Days (Held on the weekend prior to the first Monday of every month) is only a 30 minute drive and filled with fantastic flea market finds. He was very accommodating, offering additional parking if needed. We rented the property for my dad memorial and the house and land was perfect for all age ranges, 3-90 years old. The covered back porch was even perfect for my 90 year old grandmother who is in a wheelchair to sit and enjoy the view and visit family. We decided to rent the home as a place to land between the services. We made great memories and shared lots of laughs even though we were together to grieve. Home is absolutely beautiful and clean! Loved the large kitchen and plenty of room for our party of 12\. Excellent location on the lake. Perfect floating and swimming spot by the dock. The house, the dock, the view. The stores were super close which was super convenient when you dont want to leave the house. Chris was fantastic. He fixed any issue that arose super fast and kindly. He is very responsive and helpful. I love that its pet friendly. We go to the lake every year and this is our favorite house so far. The kids had a blast. The house was spotless and well equipped. The dock was perfect, we had two boats and had plenty of room. The only thing missing was a fish cleaning station. We solved that with a folding table.
