The area is quiet and Cedar City is a lovely town with all the restaurants and shops we needed. We highly recommend Milts Stage Stop! It appears to be a 4plex so you will have noise from your neighbors. I thought it was a duplex(my fault I didn't understand completely) with space in-between, but the West side has two units with a door separating the units. I could hear the other renters quite well. It was interesting as we also felt like we couldn't watch the TV in the west bedroom as we didn't want the other renters to be bothered with the share wall. ##### Chad R.
