We loved the backyard amenities. The kitchen was awesome and had all the equipment you could need and more. Ice machine was particularly impressive! Water bottles were full of ice both days we were there. We were there in the heat and so the air conditioning was great but the fan is pretty loud. I didn't think it actually woke anyone up, but can be noisy during the day too. The house is a very comfortable stay for a family with games and activities to help entertain. The hosts are very responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns you have. (I forgot to let them know the bathtub wasn't draining very well, but they might just have it fixed by now) Great grocery store just a few minutes away. Also highly recommend the Utah Shakespeare festival and disc golf in the area. Just wished we had more time to explore the parks nearby. Might have to go back. ##### Michelle K. They've got everything you need on the property for fun and relaxation. Lots of space for kids play, with an awesome yard and sports court area. Inside is spacious and comfortable for a large group. There's also games inside for everyone to play and enjoy their stay. The house is very well kept and clean. Shaun is an amazing host!!! We had some issues w/ our travel dates but he was very understanding and super helpful! We'll definitely be coming back to this property again the next time we head to Cedar City. ##### Harvey U. We stayed in this home for the entire week. It was very comfortable and had plenty of space for us each to break off on our own to study but then also had great communal space.
