With views for miles you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world, because you are! You can gather the entire family in the main level great room and enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace that stands 30 feet from floor to ceiling. Next to the family room is a dining area that accommodates 20 people at the double live edge tables and additional seating at the counter top bar. Create your favorite gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen which boasts a 72” built in refrigerator, a 36” gas cooktop, double ovens and a microwave. If this still isn’t enough you can use kitchen in the basement which has another refrigerator, gas cooktop, a 3rd oven and another microwave. If you find yourself wanting to enjoy a meal outside you can use the grill on the covered patio that wraps around the entire backyard. Here you can enjoy an incredible sunset dinner and watch some of our local wildlife roam the property. After dinner jump in the hot tub or dry sauna and enjoy some peace and relaxation. Also on the main level is one of the master suites. Each Master suite has beds for 7 people and a large bathroom with a steam shower. Upstairs is a large loft to gather and enjoy the views of Brian Head Peak which sits at 11,400 feet. You can also see the top of Giant Steps ski lift from this cozy vantage point. The second floor also has an identical master suite and 2 other bedrooms that each sleep 7 people. These bedrooms share a bathroom. Heading into the walkout basement is the second kitchen, another dining area, ping pong table and another large great room with an oversized sectional and some bean bag chairs. This is the favorite hang out spot for the kids and it allows for some quiet conversation or a card game amongst the adults upstairs. The basement has 2 large bedrooms that each sleep 7 people and a smaller bedroom that sleeps 5\. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms that have separate bathing and vanity areas. There are 2 laundry rooms, one on the main level and another in the basement. From the basement you can access the sauna which has its own exterior entrance. For those that dare you can take a plunge in the snow after a 180 degree sauna session. Giant steps ski lift and Brian Head town center are a 3 minute drive down the hill. You can also text the free shuttle to pick you up at the end of our street. This is perfect for those days when the kids want to hit the slopes and you just need a day to sit by the fire and enjoy the views. We love our home on the mountain and we know you will too. Come make some memories in Brian Head Utah! We use top notch cleaners that have been trained in the most current CDC recommended cleaning techniques. We use only hospital grade disinfectants recommended by the CDC between each guest. We rented this place because we saw that it could accommodate many people and we were planning a friends & family weekend of fun. The house is gorgeous. It was spacious and there were different rooms for different vibes. For example, the game room was perfect for everybody playing games, the living room was perfect to socialize and the open area upstairs was perfect to take some time for yourself and recharge if you’re an introvert. We had a wonderful time and did our best to respect the property. The host was very communicative and kind. We will never forget the amazing time we had at this property and over the weekend. We also did field games outside in the backyard. Ryan's house had more than enough space, beds, private suites and bathrooms to accommodate us. The house was quite spectacular with beautiful views and lots of windows. The downstairs was wonderful for the younger kids to play in with no noise coming to the main level. The kitchen/area and supplies far exceeded most other homes we have rented. The only thing I would recommend is that window shades be installed in all smaller bedrooms as the six o'clock sunrise gets little ones up and moving early. The larger rooms have full view french doors which would be costly to cover, but still helpful. The only suggestion as far as cleanliness would be that the spa be check once during a stay with this many people. Again, wonderful experience. ##### Denise G. It is perfect for us. We live in Vegas and come to the snow for the Thanksgiving holidays. There is plenty of room here for our crew of over 40, from babies to adults. The teens and some adults love to go hit the slopes on Friday and Saturday, while the little kids love to sled. Two huge tables seat 10 each, so it's perfect to feed all the kids and send them to play downstairs or in the hot tub, while the adults eat. We love this cabin. The owners are so nice and so good to work with. The cabin has everything you need and lots of space spread between 3 floors, so it wasn't overwhelming even with a ton of people. The main family room on the main floor was plenty big enough for our family lip sync contest/talent show. We couldn't recommend this place more if you have a large group. It is a couple of minutes to Brianhead. There is a fireplace, hot tub, and sauna that we enjoyed, as well as a large loft that the older kids used as a game room.
