NEW Central AC! This is a Great Family Home, With 6 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (sleeps 11 in Beds, 4 On Sleeper Sofas). Remodeled basement in 2023 with new flooring, new floor rugs and new mattresses for all the beds.  
  
Very Close to Activities. This 2700 Total Sq. Ft. Home is the Perfect Place to Come and Enjoy the Summer Games (2.5 Blocks from the Opening Ceremonies), Shakespearean Festival, Zion National Park, Brianhead Hiking/biking and Many Other Activities. This Home Features a Large Living Room On the Main Floor, and Another Family Room Downstairs, With Plenty of Room to Congregate, Watch Tv and Play. the Kitchen is Supplied With Everything Needed to Make a Large Meal at Ease. Extra Cooking Utensils/pans Are Included, With Even a Crock Pot to Make It Easy for You to Enjoy Your Day and Then Come Home to a Hot Meal. There is a Queen Bed Located in the 2 main floor Bedrooms, Double (Full) Beds in 2 Bedrooms in the basement, 1 Twin Bunk Bed in 1 Bedroom in the basement, 1 Twin Bed in 1 Bedroom the basement, and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofa's (one in each family room). All Bedding and linens are Provided. Two Bathrooms With Plenty of Counter Space, and 20 Fresh Towels and Washcloths Are Provided. Large Dining Table Seats 8 Comfortably (plus extra leaf for an extra 2-4 more) and 3 More Can Sit at the Counter. DISH, 42" New TV upstairs, and 32" TV downstairs, and Internet Are Provided.  
  
This Beautiful Home is Located Only 2 Blocks from the SUU Sports Fields, Less Than 1/2 Mile from the Shakespearean Festival, and Less Than 1 Mile from Downtown Cedar City Main Street Park. It is Only a 25 Minute Drive to the Kolob Entrance of Zion National Park and Only a 35 Minute Drive to Cedar Breaks National Park in Brianhead.  
This is an Ideal Place for Large Families Who Want to Vacation Together. You Are Walking Distance to Fast Food, Gas and Groceries. You Do Not Have to Have a Car to Attend Activities Located at Southern Utah University, Shakespeare Festival, Or Any Activity in Downtown Cedar City. However, There is So Much to See and Enjoy in This Area That We Would Recommend a Car to Drive Up the Mountain to Cedar Breaks National Park, Brianhead, Kolob Entrance to Zions, Plus More.  
  
The Furnishings Are Comfortable, Clean, and the Interior Design is Well Done. New Furniture in basement family room, and there is a new Sectional in main living room. If You Are Looking for a Nice, Clean Home, then This Is The Place For You! There Are Lawn Chairs That Can Be Used in the Back, Or Can Be Moved to the Front Under the Beautiful Flowering Plum Tree to Enjoy Watching the Goings On of the Neighbors and of the Cedar City Community. #### Extended Family visit to Shakespeare Festival

Had a great time. It was wonderful to have family time together eating in the kitchen between shows (sometimes bring food back from one of the 6 fast-food stored within 2 blocks). It was clean and safe. Usually, we walked 15 minutes to the show, but a drive was easy also.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property manager went above and beyond to be flexible with our schedule and help meet our needs. The house fit our group perfectly and was just the home base we needed for attending the Cedar City Shakespeare Festival. It was such a convenient location. There was enough space for our big group to relax, visit, and eat meals between plays. Thanks for helping to make our trip such a success!

We enjoyed our stay. There was lots of room for our extended family. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms worked well for our group. We also enjoyed the common area for gathering and group discussion.

#### Family reunion with kids and grandkids

We all had a lovely time. Lots to do in Cedar and we had plenty of room for all of us in the house. 10 adults and 5 small children. We were glad we brought our gate for the stairs. The kids had lots of room to play, and enough seating for adults to gather in one spot to visit. Wonderful!

#### Suited our needs perfectly for the 2nd year

This property is large and slept up to 10 ladies attending the cedar ridge ladies invitational. The house is clean, orderly and has what we needed. It's very conveniently located. The owners are very helpful and accommodation. It's an easy in/easy out process.

#### Perfect for us

We had four couples and six children for a family reunion and it was a great layout for our needs. Everyone was able to sleep in a room--we did not need to use the sofa beds. The landlord provided baby cribs and some great toys that the kids loved. The kitchen is well stocked with family-appropriate dishes and dinnerware, as well as cookware. The location was convenient to the Shakespeare Festival and we took some longish walks to parks and trails. If we do another reunion in Cedar City, we will try to get this place again!

#### FANTASTIC!

Our family had a wonderful time in your beautiful home! The furniture was kid-friendly and beds were comfortable. There was space for 15 of us to spread out and play on the different levels. Fabulous location near fast food, grocery stores, gas stations, the university and wonderful freeway access. Laurie was great to work with. :) We had a great time and can't wait to come back next year! Thanks again! :)

#### Wonderful location and beautiful home.

The house is centrally located. We were able to easily get to all of the sites and activities that we participated in. We even walked to some activities. The layout of the house worked wonderfully for big groups. The two separate living spaces made the house comfortable for our entire group. Everything is clean and comfortable. A low, aesthetically pleasing fence around the front grass area would be helpful to those traveling with children. Also, some baby amenities kept on site might also be helpful: port-a-crib, collapsable high chair and baby gate for the steep stairs. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

The swamp cooler was so loud we could hear it from blocks away and it kept us up at night. The cabinetry was old and some of the sheets weren't clean. We won't be returning.

#### Best travel experience with BEAUTIFUL House

First Word I like to say is "ALL PERFECT...!! " We had a really nice stay, our bed was super comfortable, the room was really beautiful, and the house is very nice. Our hosts were friendly, although we barely saw them while we were there since we were out wandering the town all day! The area is perfect, very close to Walmart, cute shops, cafés and some of the best food we've eaten this trip. Easy access to public transit and public parks. What a nice spot! I totally recommend staying here. :)

#### It's the little things!

We stayed here for our family reunion and it worked great! I loved that there was soap in all the bathrooms and kitchens, aa fully loaded kitchen with foil, plastic wrap, extra garbage bags, and laundry soap easily located. It was like going to stay at a friends house while they were away. Our family enjoys exploring the outdoors and this house was close to so many beautiful parks for day outings..
