Lots of options for activities. Very pet friendly! Recently renovated home with something for everyone. Especially if you love fishing, the water or wanna bring your canine family too. Fun and eclectic lake house located in a beautiful, large cove. Birds, turtles, and fish all around. Even the occasional beaver or bald eagle. Big dock with power and water. Huge covered back porch with 2 seating areas overlooking the lake. Two master suites with full bath each. The basement is where it gets exciting. Game table, foosball table, a dart board, and a really cool place to hang out after a day on the water. Feel free to bring your own kayaks, paddle boards and canoes or use one of the 3 paddle boards provided. Please contact owner in advance if you are interested in bringing your own boat. Alabama power lake. Water levels decrease October through March 90min. drive from B’ham, N. ATL and Chattanooga. Some great local attractions that include: Little River Falls, Desota Falls and State Park, Duke’s Alley Bowling and Easy Street live music, all within a 15-30 minute drive. Also several local food options. All the amenities for our dog Gabby was a definite plus as well. The fenced yard was great as she got to safely roam and explore. Lake is beautiful. Host is quick to respond. House is perfect for a small group 4 or less. 40 mins to Gadsden. 1 hour to guntersville. Neighborhood is old but this house is first house and it has been well maintained and it is a great price. ##### heather W. House and floors were spotless. Enjoyed darts and foosball downstairs. Webber charcoal grill made us feel at home.
