Great views, quiet and very breezy on the 9th floor. Accessible and right in the center of Cebu city, just 5 minutes walk to Ayala Mall Cebu. Taxi out front.  
  
Great for couples and solo adventurers.  
Long term guests, expats or early retirees can negotiate a discount for longer stay.  
  
Note:  
The t.v. is not connected. Bbring your on Wi-Fi.  
  
Exec style condo suite 32.5 with brand new A/C, modern tiled kitchen & kitchen utensils, spacious tiled living room area with breakfast table. hot shower& toilet.   
Large build-in his/hers closets in the bedroom and plenty storage space, computer desks and bed site tables. Many restaurants nearby.  
The building has:  
2 very fast MITSUBISHI elevators  
24 hour security, CCTV in common area's/elevators and patrolled guarded parking area. Very secure.  
Automatic Fire Detection and Sprinkler System  
  
After you book I will send you information on how to get the key.  
You will need to hand over a copy of your passport in exchange for the key.  
All I need is your approximate arrival time.  
  
Exiting city living in the heart of Cebu City.  
Visit nearby I.T. Park, Mango Square or Ayala Shopping Mall or SM Mall  
  
Hire a Grab or Uber car, motor bike taxi (out front) or jeepny.
