2 issues only that are repairable: broken shower sliding door, the rest of the bathroom are good, we were able to use the shower. Safe for valuables was non functioning but the closet are good size for storing

We stayed in this property for 3 nights and 4days, staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent with options of bread and rice and Filipino usual breakfast of silog. I love the longganisa! I was able to rest well in their comfy bed. I highly recommend this place if you’re going to the city proper.

There's nothing wrong with the property.However,my family's travel plans changed and this worked against our favor since we booked a "non refundable" room.Basically,I paid for the entire stay on 11/22/19 to 11/27/19 and everything's non refundable per hotel policy.This sucks but what can you do?Hotel management apparently will allow my family to stay 2 nights on a different date in lieu to this unused but fully paid 5 night booking.Only thing I wish is different,hotel should have a better cancelation policy more reasonable than it is now,which basically is non existent.It should be taken into account that people's schedule do change and as long as cancelation is done in a timely manner,all or part of your payment should be refundable even if they would charge a cancelation fee.My family likes this hotel due to convenience and accessibility to Cebu Doctor's Hospital where my father had to have surgery.He was able to go home sooner than expected,reason why we had extra and unused 5 night booking.I'm not totally disappointed with this but I'm hoping the hotel would somehow modify their cancelation policy in the future.It should not be an all or nothing deal but their management should allow cancelation with refund as long customer cancels on a certain date that hotel would set.Most hotels in the USA offer free cancelation as long as done 24 hours before arrival.If canceled on 1st day,hotels still provide refund minus one day.I'm hoping Premier heads in this direction.Thank you

Premiere Citi Suites have awesome staff members who will go the extra mile just to make their guests happy and satisfied. My family had a month long stay here and we have nothing but praises for this hotel. Great location and amenities, wonderful staff and reasonably priced, make this place a must stay when you’re in Cebu City. Truly a home away from home. Highly recommended for all your travel needs.

It’s fairly basic. It’s clean Rooms are large. Staff freindly. Breakfast was just ok but not great. No butter or jelly for toast. Just choice of egg 1 cup coffee or juice not both. Overall it was a good stay. It in a good location for the Mango Square area. Ez walk.

They are so bad.. we stay 9 days ..1st the breakfast is bad.. better to eat outside anyway there is a lot of food chain nearby..2nd our bed our room .. we are 4 2 adults 2 children’s of 7&8 yrs old.. it’s 2 queen bed but it’s not 2 single bed.. We change to 2 double bed. Not queen. 3rd on our last day.. they put a tinted bedding and when we check out they ask to pay for that. 100/sheets,they make money in the bed sheets that each bed had 3 sheets.. ooh la la . I dont want to fight more bec of the small money.. but customer should watch .. something wrong they had to call soon about the service.

Staff are great but when we went to our room there was no hotel Kit- no hair dryer- no hot water jug- the shower was mouldy. We paid almost 6,000 peso for two nights in a Deluxe Room. Wifi was very Fast though.

Noise level is high from construction nearby. Roofdeck restaurant closed satellite restaurant locked most of the time.Can't recommend this hotel for the price.

Decent stay
A decent hotel that fits in with a 2-star hotel. Check in and check out was fast. They provide cooked breakfast which was good. Service at the restaurant for breakfast stands out. Location is ok. couple of blocks and you will reach a kind of a central business district area. The Negatives - although its a hotel, they do not have an iron and ironing board at all ...not even one in a common area for communal use. No Tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well. Two very simple things that a hotel of this size with tariffs like what I paid can easily provide.

Room charge is reasonable. View from our room was amazingly great. Room was clean. All staff were friendly and great! TV set-up can be improved. AC did not function well, either humid or too cold. Breakfast menu can be improved by offering different set of tasty foods everyday.

Disappointed. Aircon not working. Had to change rooms 4x. We are transferred to room with only 1 bed and we to use extra bed not comfortable. Rooms needs updating.
