The space  
A brand-new condominium completed in June 2025\. This modern one-bedroom unit on the 8th floor, featuring a front porch balcony, offers a bright and inviting space perfect for relaxation. Fully furnished with all-new furniture, appliances, and complete supplies, it provides everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay.  
  
The location is exceptionally convenient. Robinsons Grocery Store is right next to the entrance lobby, while Boss Coffee, Rose Pharmacy, Spa del Sur, and Wash & Dri laundry services are just a few steps away on the ground floor. For added convenience, transportation is highly accessible, with jeepney stops located directly in front of the gate.
