This charming 35m² duplex is located on the ground floor of the Saskia residence with a shared outdoor swimming pool. Its living room includes a kitchen corner equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dining area, coffee maker, and a comfortable lounge area with a convertible sofa and television. Upstairs, there is a bedroom furnished with two 90 cm beds. The fully renovated bathroom features a shower and a towel radiator. The toilets are separate on the ground floor. Electric heating. A small garden with a 6m² terrace. Discover Bas-Armagnac, a region rich in heritage, nature, and traditions. Nearby: the Paul Armagnac Circuit in Nogaro, Lake Uby, the Barbotan spa, and Labastide-d'Armagnac, a village favored by the French. Just 1.5 hours from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours from the Pyrenees, enjoy many nature getaways. In Barbotan-les-Thermes, enjoy the thermal baths and activities around the lake. Outdoor parking and free Fiber Wifi included. Mandatory: Tourist tax not included.
