Résidence du Soleil d’Oc consists of four small buildings with a total of 16 apartments, situated a 700-meter walk from the thermal baths and 900 meters by car. You will appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of this residence, located on the heights of Barbotan, away from main roads. Facing south, the apartment is filled with natural light. You can also enjoy the terrace, furnished with garden furniture, which offers an open view and opens onto the living room through a large sliding glass door. However, heat will not be an issue as the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The living area, combining dining and kitchen spaces, features a table with two chairs, a renovated kitchen (vitroceramic cooktops, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker…), a Hi-Fi stereo system, and a TV. The semi-separated sleeping area, divided by a folding door and also featuring a large sliding glass door, is furnished with a 140 cm double bed and a wardrobe. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower with door, sink, washing machine, and separate toilets — both rooms having their own windows. Discover Bas-Armagnac, a region rich in heritage, nature, and traditions. Nearby attractions include the Paul Armagnac Racetrack in Nogaro, Lake Uby, the thermal spa of Barbotan, and Labastide-d’Armagnac, one of France’s favorite villages. Just 1.5 hours from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours from the Pyrenees, enjoy many nature getaways. In Barbotan-les-Thermes, enjoy the thermal baths and activities around the lake.
